International Orders: On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase and your order number. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, a shipping notification email will be sent including a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking number to start moving after your initial shipping notification. If there is a problem with the tracking number you received after 1-2 business days, please contact us through email for further assistance.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
